Terms of use
1. Provider
Helm and the youhavethehelm.com website are developed and operated by Mesterséges Intelligencia Központ Kft. (registered office: 1172 Budapest, VIII. utca 2., Hungary; company registration number: 01-09-447309; tax number: 32876585-2-42; "the provider"). Contact: hello@youhavethehelm.com.
2. Early access
Helm is software under development. During early access the provider gives access to a small group, by invitation, before a wider launch. Features may change, be added or be removed without notice. At this stage the provider makes no commitment on availability, response times or performance.
3. Sign-up and access
Signing up does not grant access and does not create a contract. The provider grants access by individual agreement, which sets out the terms of use and any fee. The provider may end access at any time and notifies the user by email.
4. The user's obligations
Users may connect to Helm only the accounts, mailboxes, calendars and data they are entitled to connect; for a work account, under the rules of the employer or of the account's administrator. Helm must be used lawfully and as intended: accessing other people's data without authorisation, or attempting to, and deliberately overloading the system are not allowed.
5. AI features
Summaries and drafts prepared by AI are suggestions and can be wrong. Users are responsible for what they send or decide on the basis of them.
6. Personal data
How personal data is handled is described in the privacy notice.
7. Intellectual property
Helm, its name, its logo and the content of this website belong to the provider. Access gives the right to use Helm while it lasts; it gives no right to copy, reverse-engineer or pass on the software.
8. Liability
During early access the provider supplies Helm as it is. To the extent the law allows, the provider's liability is limited to damage caused intentionally, by gross negligence or by a criminal act, and to breaches that harm life, physical integrity or health.
9. Changes
The provider may change these terms. It announces a change by email to users with access at least 15 days before it takes effect, and publishes it on this page.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Hungarian law. Disputes go to the Hungarian court competent for the provider's registered office, unless the law requires otherwise.
